Washi Tape Picture Frame

I recently picked up some Washi tape from Rubee Lane super cheap!  I have been anxious to use it for something and so I decided to try it first on a picture frame.  B helped me make it, she picked the colors we used.

Supplies:
picture frame (dollar store)
washi tape
scissors

We decided we would do sorta a patch work pattern around the edge.  So, I just started cutting different lengths of tape and B stuck it on.

Once we had the whole front of the frame covered, I thought it might add some interest if we did some diagonal pieces across it to make it look more plaid.

Basically, I just taped the diagonal and then trimmed the excess.  It was much easier than I thought it would be.

Once we were happy with the design, B taped the edges with washi tape to finish it off.

Super cute and super easy!  (Even my 7 year old can do it!)
