Jingle Bell Clutch

Here's cute way to make a fun little clutch for the holidays!  I think it would be a great addition to any New Year's outfit, too.

Here's what you need:
Jingle bells (I chose two sizes)
Clutch
Needle and thread

Isn't this clutch so cute?  I got it at a consignment store for $3!!  It is originally from Talbot's and still had the original tags on it!!  I started by sewing a few in a row across the top....

This was how far I got after an hour.  I sewed each bell on individually one by one.  Yes, I cut and knotted each one.

This was after 2.5 hours...
And here it is finished.  I know it seems like this took a long time to complete, but I worked on it at night while I was watching TV and also while waiting at ballet.

The purse is surprisingly not as 'loud' as you might think it would be.  The bells do add a little bit of weight to it, but I think it turned out great!
